Karen Frisk Live Jazz

Trevor Davis will bring a jazz quartet plus vocalist Karen Frisk to the outdoor venue on Middletown's South Green from 7-9 PM on Tuesday, August 14.

Summer Sounds, sponsored by the City of Middletown's Commission on the Arts, sponsors these wonderful free outdoor music concerts in the City's 'Showmobile.' In the event of rain the concert will be moved from Union Park, or the South Green, to the South Congregational Church, across the street. Free parking is available nearby.

Karen Frisk is a vocalist who recently completed her newest album produced by Bernard "Pretty" Purdie, the world's most recorded drummer. Backing her up will be a quartet including Tony Cafiero on piano, David Davis on reeds/saxophone, Matt McCauley on acoustic bass, and Trevor Davis on drums.

Food vendors will be available.

Bring chairs, blanket and a picnic!
