Holy Trinity Townwide Tag Sale

Holy Trinity is sponsoring a twonwide tag sale for September 15.   Proceeds will benefit the restoration fund and outreach programs through the ECW (Episcopal Church Women).  The event will be held rain or shine from 8:30 AM to 2:30 PM.  Benefits of participation: 1) you profit from your sale   2) Holy Trinity promotes your tag sale    3) Your contribution helps fund restoration and community outreach programs.

Holy Trinity will provide:  1) location maps    2) advertising and   3) a tag sale sign and balloon for your mailbox for each applicant

Here’s how it works:

•    Have a sale at your home or neighborhood for your benefit – the cost is $20.00  OR

•    Tailgate your tag sale with multi-families at “Estate Treasures” parking lot located at 134 Main St. Ext., Middletown.  The cost is $25.00 – space for 3 of your own tables  OR

•    Donate items to benefit the church tag sale at Holy Trinity’s front yard. (No clothing, textbooks, TVs or unwieldy items, please.)  Items may be delivered to church on Saturday, September 8 from 9:00 AM to 11 AM by the side office door.

All applications must be in and paid for by August 31.  Your address will be pin-pointed and listed on a handout map the day of the tag sale.  Maps may be picked up at the church, 381 Main St., or Estate Treasures, 134 Main St. Ext. There will be a bake sale (hopefully parishioners will bake for this and bring in on Friday or Saturday to the church), along with soda and water on the front lawn.  Bathrooms are also accessible here at the church.  Contact Sharon Sheedy at 860-346-7937 or Church of the Holy Trinity at office@holytrinityct.org

Checks should be made payable to: Church of the Holy Trinity “Tag Sale Event”.  There are applications on the table at the back of the church.  HELP!  Talk it up among your friends and neighbors.
