Holiday Art Gallery Reception

Gala opening in Chester

 

Over 200 works of art in a variety of medium and style ranging from traditional oil landscapes to abstract collage will be on view during Maple & Main Gallery's newest exhibit which opens Wednesday, Nov. 16 with a reception Friday, Nov. 18.

 A number of small paintings at affordable prices and just right for gift giving will be featured in the gallery located at the corner of Maple and Main Streets in charming Chester, Connecticut. This will also be the first chance to see the work of four well-established artists who are new to the gallery: Pam Carlson of Essex, Barbara Hageman of Colchester, Bob Spooner of Middletown and Kim Scoble of West Hartford.

 Please help us welcome them at the gala opening for the show Friday, Nov. 18 from 5 to 8 p.m. Mingle with all the artists who will be on site to meet and greet. Food and wine will be served.

 Come back to celebrate with us Friday, Dec. 2 from 5 to 8 p.m. when we will again be showing visitors around our lovely gallery and serving refreshments. The traditional town tree lighting and caroling will take place right outside our gallery doors and all the shops and other galleries will be open in town.
