Middletown Parks and Recreation presents a FREE movie on the big screen. Hugo, rated PG, is an animated movie for the whole family. It relates the adventures of an orphan in Paris in the 1930s who must unlock a secret left to him by his father. That secret could transorm not only the boy, but all those around him.
