Middletown Motorcycle Mania: Which Choppers Won Prizes?

The eighth annual event was a smash — drawing thousands of choppers and spectators to downtown Middletown.

Wednesday was a beautiful afternoon for a motorcyle show as the eighth annual event drew thousands of choppers and spectators to Main Street for Middletown Motorcycle Mania.

Awards were given to the following individuals: 

  • Vern A. Hunter Vintage Bike Award, in Loving Memory of Barbara M. Hunter,  presented by Hunter's Ambulance and Hunter Limousines: Thomas Lewandosky of Wolcott 
  • Dan M. Hunter "Functionality with Style" Award presented by Hunter’s Ambulance & Hunter Limousines: Bill DePaolo of Southington
  • Liberty’s Choice Award presented by Liberty Bank: Eddie Trotta of East Haven
  • The High-Tech Award presented by Charles Computer Services: Tony Schiavone of Middletown
  • The Haymond Law Award presented by Haymond Law Office: Larry Pelletier of Southwick, Mass.
  • The Gengras Elite Award presented by Gengras Motorcycles: Jon Bruneau of Branford
  • DBD Farkle Award presented by Downtown Business District: Jose Vega of Bridgeport
  • The All-American Bike Award presented by Bank of America: Scott Behler of East Haven
  • Eli Cannon’s Tap Room Award presented by Eddie Trotta, Custom Bike Builder: Ralph Paolella of Branford
  • Best Home Team Motorcycle Award presented by Home Team Supply: Jordan Martin of Bristol
  • Mayor’s Choice Award: David Lamoureux of Milford
