Library Invites Kids to "Gear Up" & Read This Summer!

The Russell Library invites kids to "Gear Up for Summer Reading." The program is a fun, interactive summer reading program for kids entering grades four and five.  For every book they read and write a review on, children receive one raffle ticket. Kids can earn a chance to win some great prizes!  

Children ages 3 through third grade are invited to sign up for this summer’s reading program“Power Up With Books!” beginning Monday, June 30 in the Children’s Department.  For every five books kids read or listen to, they an win prizes.

So now that the kids and teens are covered, what about you? Why should kids have all the fun? Sign up for the Adult Summer Reading Program beginning Monday, June 23 at the check-out desk and even YOU can win a prize!  Just submit a review of your book and you will be entered for a weekly drawing.
