Family Film Matinee

Based on a true story, “The Perfect Game” follows a group of mostly poor boys from the industrial city of Monterrey, Mexico who become the first non-U.S. team to win the Little League World Series.

The team only started playing baseball only a few years earlier. Most of their opponents outweighed them by 35 or 40 pounds. But over four weeks and 13 games beginning in July, they were magical.

You can bring your own picnic lunch to the “ballpark”. Beverages and healthier and vegetarian versions of ballpark snacks and eats available for donation.
