Tuscany Grill will host a Spring Beer Dinner featuring the beers of Thomas Hooker Brewing Co. on Wednesday, March 26 starting at 6:30 p.m. The cost is $52 per person, which includes sales tax and gratuity; reservations are required.
The Appetizer, Caribbean Jerk Chicken Wings with lime dipping sauce, is paired with Blonde Ale. Next up is a Mango & Watercress Salad tossed with cashews, served with Watermelon Ale.
The 3rd Course, an Intermezzo, features Beer Battered Halibut with mustard kraut & braised cabbage paired with Munich Lager. The Entrée is a Mixed Grill of Grilled Lollipop Lamb Chop and Rosemary Skewered Sirloin Kabob served with creamy polenta and paired with Irish Red Ale.
