Public Invited to Open House for Program for Children Facing Emotional or Behavioral Challenges

A new program for children with emotional or behavioral challenges has opened in Middletown. The Extended Day Treatment Program, run by The Village for Families & Children, will celebrate with a ribbon-cutting and Open House on Thursday, April 24 from 11:30 – 1pm. The new program is located at 282 Main Street Ext, in the Sanseer Mill building.

The Extended Day Treatment program helps children who have disruptive emotional and behavioral challenges learn to express their feelings and deal with conflict in healthy, productive ways. We also provide support and guidance to families − to connect them with other resources in the schools and community and build a foundation for success for their children.

To RSVP for the open house, contact Linda Lock at 860-297-0587 or llock@villageforchildren.org
