MxCC Students Refurbish Computers for Cross Street Training & Academic Center

This week, the Middlesex Community College Computer Club refurbished seven computers that were donated to Cross Street Training and Academic Center (TAC), a Middletown non-profit. Cross Street TAC’s new computers were delivered and installed on Wednesday.

Cross Street TAC is an organization that provides after-school homework assistance to students from kindergarten through twelfth grades. The refurbished computers will be used to replace the outdated ones in the Cross Street TAC Computer Lab. By having new computers, the organization can expand its academic offerings to the community.

This is a part of the Computer Club’s ongoing mission to serve the community through technology.  Last September, the Computer Club refurbished computers for the Ryan Woods Autism Foundation.
