Holiday Light Recycling In Middletown

City of Middletown offers Holiday Light Recycling Program

Please don’t throw away those strings of lights that don’t work anymore!  The Holiday Light Recycling program is open in Middletown.  Residents can bring strings of old Holiday lights to the Middletown Recycling Center from December 23 – January 30 for recycling.

Lights should be loose (not in boxes or any other packaging).  Do not include any other apparatus with the lights and wind them up to avoid excessive tangling.  The light recycling box is located in the Household Electronic Recycling Container.  Bulbs will be separated from the wires and recycled.
