Do you even wonder how clean the water is when you're out on the river?
Join the Connecticut River Watershed Council and the Connecticut River Coastal Conservation District for a paddle on the Mattabesset & CT Rivers on Saturday, August 10. Together we will explore efforts in the region to keep our rivers clean, learn where to find the most current water quality information, and enjoy the beauty of this ecologically rich and internationally significant area. Bring your own boat or contact the Connecticut River Watershed Council to reserve a boat for FREE.
The paddle will depart at8:30am from the Mattabesset Canoe/Kayak Trail launch in Cromwell, CT and return to Harbor Park in Middletown, CT at approximately 11am. For more information or to register contact CRWC at 413-772-2020 x204 or emailamrozinski@ctriver.org.
