Welcome to Holly Grant RN from East Hampton for recently joining Patient Advocate for You, LLC as an Expert Navigator and Patient Advocate.  Holly is a registered nurse who brings to the company excellent clinical skills that allow her to be an excellent navigator for patients and families.  Crisis intervention is our expertise. Care Coordination is our service as an independent entity that has no other agenda other than YOU.  Welcome Holly who will be covering East of the River.
