Earlier an officer had told the responding officer that at 11 p.m. the night before he had responded to 31 Russell Street for an unwanted person, Joshua Montanez, 18, of Park Street, Hartford, was handing around his ex-girlfriend’s house and was told to leave. The girlfriend said Montanez had knocked on her window at 12:40 p.m. asking for her to come outside and talk.

He was previously convicted of operating with a suspended license, police say.

DUI, TRAVELING UNREASONABLY FAST — On Feb. 24 at 10:07 p.m., Timothy H. Digan Jr., 22, of Nursick Terrace, Portland, was driving at least 45mph in a 25mph zone on Pearl Street, then Spring and Rome Avenue. OPERATION MOTOR VEHICLE WHEN LICENSE SUSPENDED, TRAVELING TOO FAST FOR CONDITIONS — On Feb. 21 at 10:24 a.m., Diana E. Kostacopoulos, 24, of Goodyear Avenue hit a car driving in front of her on South Main Street when her license was suspended since Dec. 28. Kostacopoulos told officers she was rushing to court for several pending arrests.

OPERATION MOTOR VEHICLE WHEN LICENSE SUSPENDED AND UNREGISTERED, INSURANCE COVERAGE FAILS MINIMUM — On Feb. 21 at 7:44 p.m., Geoffrey Story, 32, of Pease Avenue was driving on Pearl Street. DUI — On Feb. 18 at 1:19 a.m., Charlene A. Morrill, 50, of Riverview Street, Portland, was driving a Ford Escape on Main Street, turned onto Washington Street and drifted into the left lane, police say, then changed lanes three times within an eighth of a mile. She failed three sobriety tests, saying, “I’m drunk, what do you want me to do?” the report says. A blood alcohol breath test registered .205 and .194.
